Ashley N. Sharp, a lifelong Marylander and University of Maryland College Park graduate, began her career in public service a decade ago working for County, State and Federal elected officials representing Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties. Ashley is a public servant at heart and comes from a long lineage of military service members. Throughout her career, she assisted local communities in the recovery from COVID-19, the Key Bridge collapse, and continues to support those impacted by the Federal Deferred Retirement Program and the 2025 Federal Shutdown.
Ashley has been recognized regionally as a PGSIF Forty Under 40 Fellow, an Emerging Leader Ambassador for the Greater Washington Community Foundation and a Fellow of the Maryland Chapter of New Leaders Council . She is also a small business owner, the Founder and President of the Marlboro Pike Partnership, Community Development Corporation and a Sister of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated.
